"The deportation of the poor": James O'Brien's shocking monologue on London Councils' housing policy

More than half of London's councils have admitted moving homeless families to properties outside the capital.

Kensington and Chelsea are one of the 17 authorites who have already rented social housing as far away as Manchester.

James O'Brien labelled this "the deportation of the poor" and believes it is the first step in a move by the government towards Victorian distribution of wealth.
