When was the last time you felt really, truly lonely?...

Hello listeners, this is a podcast for the Project Teen Voices in line from Prepa 1, and in this episode I am going to answer: When was the last time you felt really, truly lonely?...I think that I felt really, truly lonely when I read a book called Nada, it is about a girl who lives almost alone in Barcelona after the Civil Spanish War. She is just a girl but she feels a lot of pain and wrong emotions about her life. The point is that every time that I read an exciting book, I feel that I am inside the book and I feel as I were the main character or my favorite character.

That time I was on the most long-lasting holidays ever and I got really nothing to do, then I realized my life some years later, in the same situation of this girl, far away from my house, studying without knowing the reasons of my dedication or my efforts through life. The, I read a worse book where the main character had a beautiful life for many years ( as mine) but her life came horrible after the disease of one of her sisters… I thought that my future would be similar but then I came back to school and I felt liberated from loneliness.

I will not read sad stories again. I promise.
