Exclusive figures obtained for the Victoria Derbyshire programme show that nearly 300 children aged 11 or younger went to A&E last year for an alcohol related condition. Of those, a tenth stayed in hospital overnight. But what can be done to tackle the problem? Tory MP and Chair of the health select committee Stephen Dorrell gives his views, and we hear from a woman who began drinking heavily aged 12.
