Paul Hollywood's garlic bread - freshly baked by Mum and I

I am really lucky to have a mum who is also a brilliant cook. We haven't often made things together in recent times, but inspired by a recording of Paul Hollywood's series on bread, and spurred on by the thought of getting to play with her new mixer with dough hook, we set about creating a special baguette - containing two bulbs of garlic (I subscribe to the view that you can never have too much!).
