WTO Ministerial Conference: Bernard Hoekman, Director of Global Governance, European University Institute

At the WTO Ministerial Conference we spoke to Bernard Hoekman, Director of Global Governance at the EUI, about the role of trade in the post-2015 agenda. Bernard responded that it is important to have quantifiable trade targets that can be monitored, for example bringing down trade costs by a certain percentage over a certain period of time.
