Interview with Sharon Hearne-Smith

At the start of the year I had the pleasure of interviewing the lovely Sharon Hearne-Smith. Having worked with Sharon on a cookbook last summer there was no doubt in my mind when I wanted to talk food styling she was the person you want to talk to.

Sharon has travelled the world working with some of the biggest names in the food world. She has worked with everyone from Jamie Oliver, Neven Maguire, Donal Skehan to my all-time favourite TV cook Ina Garten. In the interview we talk all about her work as a food stylist for such well known chefs and also the little thing of food styling for a James Bond movie.

The highpoint of my chat with Sharon was the world exclusive first interview on her very own cookbook, No Bake Baking, which is coming out in June 2014. Her new book sets out to offer readers fuss free quick recipes for delicious cakes and treats that can all be made with the need for an oven.
