UN Humanitarian Affairs Coordinator Valerie Amos on challenges of raising funds for South Sudan

The United Nations Humanitarian Affairs Coordinator Valerie Amos says says it could be difficult to raise the additional resources required, given the massive humanitarian crises in Syria and the Central African Republic (CAR). South Sudan is facing a famine after five months of conflict have killed thousands and displaced over one million people.
