Mirabelle Lý Eliot won the Yan-kit So Award to research her vegetarian Vietnamese cookbook. Here she returns to Asia House to discuss her findings with food writer and broadcaster Fuchsia Dunlop. The Yan-kit So Award for Asian Food Writers was established to assist first time cookery writers who are interested in writing about Asian cuisine.
