Somaliland looks to United Kingdom for trade and investment

How do you invest in a country that doesn't exist or at least isn't recognised? That's the challenge facing the breakaway state of Somaliland. The situation was discussed at a UK Somaliland trade and investment conference recently in London. The BBC's Paul Bakibinga spoke to Dr. Sacad Ali Shire the Somaliland Minister of Planning and Development and asked him how there can be a conference about Somaliland trade and investment when the UK doesn't recognise Somaliland.
