NDP MLA calls situation for children in care in Prince George "horrific"

This week, CBC discovered children as young as 12 had been connected to a known drug house in Prince George where police recently discovered 10,000 used needles. Doug Donaldson is the B.C. NDP's critic for Children and Family Development. He says this is just the latest example of the government not doing enough to help kids in care.
