Interview with Ken Thornber, leader of Hampshire County Council

Hampshire County Council are warning people about the dangers of buying puppies over the internet.

Four Hampshire families were misled into buying illegally imported puppies, which cost some of them up to £1,000 and then they had to go through the painful process of watching the newest member their family taken away for quarantining.

Ken Thornber spoke to Chris Craddock about the perils involved.
