The PSNI today announced details of its new campaign against so-called punishment attacks by paramilitaries. This initiative was revealed by chief constable Matt Baggott on this show back in April. Police have been facing heavy criticism for a 4% clearance rate for these attacks - these shootings and beatings that leave victims maimed. But what exactly are police going to do that they haven't already been doing?
