Making the Connection: Building Community in an Apartment Complex

FHL's mission is to connect volunteers and resource partners (who provide resources) with the needs of neighborhoods and individuals in and around the Central Indiana area. FHL International/Community seeks to expand this outreach beyond Central Indiana through our signature annual event FHL Week, which connects volunteers from various organizations with neighborhoods in need of clean up,construction projects, and donated goods as well as helping individuals in need with renovation to their homes, property repairs,clean up and donated goods. FHL also plants sustainable food pantries in areas of need, helping make the connections locals need to sustain those food pantries on their own.
