conversation with a passerby

I was waiting at one of our properties waiting for the electrician to show up (he ended being 45 minutes late) when a fellow who lives in the neighborhood passed by, for the second time, walking his two Chihuahuas.

He asked about the sign on the back of my pickup so I explained. I was just starting to record a Boo, paused it when he started talking and decided to record it.
