How To Win: Dara Kervick. 400m Runner

Dara Kervick is a 400m runner and current Irish National Champion for 400m. Dara is a DCU student studying analytical chemistry but also makes time to train 6 days a week with sprints coach John Shields between Morton Stadium and the National Sports Campus.

Dara is a part of the 4x400m relay team hoping to make it to the Rio 2016 Olympics as part of Team Ireland

In this short clips Dara makes that case for athletes to stay in Ireland, while pointing out the dedication it takes to be a winner.

How to Win is a TV documentary produced by the award winning Athena Media team and it will screen later in 2016 on Setanta Sports. It is made with the funding support of the BAI and the Irish TV licence. The production team is Amy Millar, Helen Shaw and John Howard.
