Not just an amazing sportsperson, but a person dedicated to raising awareness of disabled sport who focuses on ability rather than disability. Neil recently took silver at the Rio Paralympic games. His sister Emma Batt collected his award, and spoke to Original 106 reporter James Wyllie.
