Victims of crime in Kent are being urged to consider taking part in a scheme that would see them coming face to face with the offender. Restorative Justice is used to re-habilitate criminals, and help victims come to terms with what happened. Matthew Scott is Kent's Police and Crime Commissioner. More than 50 victims of things like burglary and assault have been referred to the service since October.
