Is Anna Zap Out of Line - Is it wrong that her husband paid someone to mulch the lawn then took credit for it?

Anna's husband said he was going to do some yard work while Anna was out of town. She came home to a beautifully mulched yard, under the impression that her husband had done it himself. Later, he let slip that he paid a professional $400 to do the job. Is Anna out of line for being upset with her husband or is she overreacting since the job got done?
