Hampton Court’s historic Tudor Kitchens have re-opened to the public after a huge transformation.
They used to create over 800 meals a day for the court of Henry VIII in the 16th century.
Richard Fitch, who is the manager of the live interpretation for Historic Royal Palaces within the kitchens at Hampton Court, has been telling Jackie's Lucy Mayer about the 21st century re-design.
