The guy in the photo is called Moggy. An acquaintance from years gone by. We talked about a few things including Roly Ford who died recently. May he rest in peace. A part of Rugby that will never be forgotten.
Bletchley Park is the historic site of secret British codebreaking activities during WWII.
It is the birthplace of modern computing.
Winston Churchill described the Codebreakers as "The geese who laid the golden egg but never cackled."
Here you will find stories told by the codebreakers, staff and volunteers, audio from events and lectures, stories which are still emerging and reports on the progress of the development of Bletchley Park.
I've loved listening to this tonight. It's been a long hard day, and this just settled me down and relaxed me (apart from the abrupt lightening!). Audio is so current. Even after a year.
I can picture you (not the sarong, that's So-wrong!) stood out watching the skies, directing the storm to...
hiking with dog guide by my side, poetry, psychotherapist, pottery throwing, Irish music, life , narratives, Interacting with those who highly value being genuine, and a Preference for communication with those who want substance more than"weather!"
I wanted to respond to this in audio but couldn't see how to do it!! Great piece Christian, and yes you are right about listening anywhere - I was hanging the washing on the line! It will be interesting to see if this connection comes full circle. I had many successes in my previous role making contact through social media channels, this was solely down to an 'implied relationship' that existed within those social media channels.
Good idea Christian. Do you have any estimates or ideas on costs involved to set this up and the kind of revenue model needed to generate a return. Drop me an email if you have any suggestions. Thanks mate.
It is amazing what you can see and hear when you just stop and take a look around. I love the sounds and smells of the market.
As for the Chimney - one of my main reasons for moving to the country mate ;)
