Grassroots: Drum Dance Ireland Promo

A promo for episode 1 of ‘Grassroots’. This short form radio series is an Athena Media Production for Newstalk 106-108fm funded through the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland Sound and Vision Scheme. Radio producers Lisa Essuman and Robert Hope are traversing the country looking for local initiatives that are fuelling positive change from the ground up. We're starting in Killarney, Co Kerry where Drum Dance Ireland use drums and dance to bring fun, joy, laughter and smiles to people, including adults with special needs and disabilities, and shows how rhythm breaks downs all barriers. This episode will broadcast on Saturday November 3rd on ‘Shenanigans with Sile’ between 12pm-2pm.
