The Prime Minister wants to discourage judicial reviews, and although the massive growth is mostly on asylum and immigration, we have certainly seen lots more challenges to public consultations. His plans raises many questions, and fortunately we have the perfect opportunity to consider them at next week's 'Legal challenges to consultation' event in Birmingham (28 November), with David Locke QC as a guest speaker.
