The baby in Hertfordshire named after a pub

A couple from Hertfordshire have named their daughter Bella...after the pub she was born outside of.
Gavin Barnaby from Ware was stuck in traffic on the way to the hospital and so had to stop to deliver the baby.
He tells Rob what happened...
