A hotel owner in Derby says a derelict patch of land is putting people off coming to stay. Metro Inns in Macklin Street overlooks Duckworth Square in the city centre. It used to be home to a popular shopping centre - but the building was torn down almost ten years ago. And since then - very little has changed. Rigby and Co are the property agents selling Duckworth Sqaure, Phil spoke to manager Russel Rigby.
