Fact: #Jawbone need to make their site more inclusive. Fact: Failure to do so will see a public outcry from a minority of people undoubtedly, but paying customers never the less, and since the customer is always right, they would do well to take this feedback onboard and do the utmost to rectify the issues expressed here in. 0 out of 5 stars if that's at all possible, for the ease-of-use in updating their products from a Blind or Visually Impaired person's perspective.

As a power user of all kinds of technologies, for this one to annoy me so, rankles hugely. Very few times am I disappointed with a mere website, but this one is incredibly unsatisfying in just about every respect. If, in listening to this audioboo, you feel the same, please share and perhaps help make Jawbone listen to their customers. It's not all about making money after all, it's also about customer satisfaction (or the lack there of) and how best to fix that forthwith.
