whist searching for Pearl-bordered fritillaries I was stunned to find myself amongst a group of sining Nightingales - a sound i haven't heard for many years and an utter delight - from my guess there was at least 4 males singing their hearts out in one small area of the woodland - an almost out of place tropical sound for an English Woodland - Nature never let's you down - when searching for one thing you're more than likely to be shown another - Nightingales - FANTASTIC :o)
