The BBC Radio WM breakfast show featured a new project in Solihull, Birmingham, where ex-offenders are mentoring people on probation. This clip features interviews with two mentors, John and Nicky, the founder of social enterprise Changes UK, Steve Dixon and Head of Solihull Probation, Paul Levy. Both organisations are working in partnership to deliver the scheme, which they hope to expand in other parts of the West Midlands.

Pictured above is Nicky, who was also interviewed for a BBC Midlands Today TV news item about the project.
