Caller says she is struggling to survive on less than £50 a fortnight

A survey of businesses has suggested that private sector employment in Northern Ireland is increasing at its fastest rate since August 2007. It shows NI business activity has been expanding since the summer following a long period of contraction. But with the cost of living continuing to rise what exactly does this mean for individuals and families? An anonymous caller contacted the show to say she is struggling to make ends meet on the benefits she receives. She has never worked after leaving school 15 years ago.
