Prisons minister Jeremy Wright is due to announce whether he has agreed to hold an independent inquiry into the deaths of young people in custody. Today’s Tom Bateman speaks to Lisa Courtney, whose son Ben Grimes was found dead in the Portland Young Offender Institution in Dorset in 2009 aged 18.
