Rhion Jones comments on the reported reluctance of the Roman Catholic Church in England and Wales to publish the results of its recent consultation on sexual ethics. He points out that consultation best practice requires full transparency and if people are asked their views, they are owed the courtesy of knowing the full 'output' of the exercise - not just its eventual 'outcome'
