Hi, I have been meaning to drop you a comment for ages. Really good advice (as usual) and really well articulated, (as usual). As someone who is new to website ownership your boos proved of real value to me (i have been lsitening to them for well over a year). On this one, the disability angle was very clever ;-)

Please keep up the boos, (i think i remember at one stage you were thinking of stopping them)
