Euro elections - what Euro elections?

On 22nd May 2014 the people of Norwich will take to the polling stations to cast their votes in the European and local elections. Yet when the last Euro elections were held in 2009, only 38% of those eligible actually did cast a vote. UEA journalism student Philip Turtle has been looking at why this might be, and considers some possible solutions:
