Pizza Express - UNBEARABLY LOUD!

Captured some audio last night at Pizza Express in the Strand. Talk about rubbish acoustics. And the more young women laughed and shouted to be heard over the laughing and shouting of others, the louder (of course) it got.

I recorded a clip (excuse the swearword) because it was almost impossible to talk. The part when I'm talking at the mic, my mouth is two inches from the recorder. The rest of the time, the recorder is on our table but despite it being right next to us, you can't even HEAR us above the din. It was painful at times.

Guess where we won't be going again?
