Social Head to Step Down - Conservatives Defiant

Following the results of the #European #Elections in #Spain, the head of the #PSOE, Alfredo Pérez #Rubalcaba, has decided to step down. Meanwhile, the head of the leading #PP, Mariano #Rajoy, says that he is pleased with the results, despite losing 2 million votes, which he puts down to poor turnout, even though the figures were almost identical to 2009.
