Gridlock at Roads Service - Minister warns of the budget cuts that are putting lights out #BBCNolan

The lights are going out all over Northern Ireland - that's the warning from Stormont minister Danny Kennedy. In a Nolan Show exclusive, we can reveal that the DRD minister has had to pull the plug on work on fixing potholes, footpaths, grass cutting, traffic lights and much more - because of budget cuts. And get this - Mr Kennedy told us the lack of money has "the potential to result in tens of thousands of street lights being out across Northern Ireland over the winter period". So, is Northern Ireland facing yet another financial crisis? What exactly is going on up at Stormont? The Minister was unavailable this morning but issued us with a lengthy statement.
