Gridlock at Roads Service - Minister warns of the budget cuts that are putting lights out #BBCNolan

The lights are going out all over Northern Ireland - that's the warning from Stormont minister Danny Kennedy. In a Nolan Show exclusive, we can reveal that the DRD minister has had to pull the plug on work on fixing potholes, footpaths, grass cutting, traffic lights and much more - because of budget cuts. And get this - Mr Kennedy told us the lack of money has "the potential to result in tens of thousands of street lights being out across Northern Ireland over the winter period".
