Local Lib Dem Leader talks about Council Solar Farms

Describing the #Tory controlled City #Council's #solar farms plan as having "...a large element of uncertainty." #Liberal #Democrat, group leader, Cllr Nick Sandford, who explained how a single page of A4 is all that was presented to oppose the idea, by a former Tory and present #Peterborough #Labour #councillor, added, "...it was the report that didn’t really have sufficient amounts of information in it."
