Using genetically-modified mosquitoes to fight dengue fever

Broadcast on BBC Radio 4's PM programme on 11 August. Around a million cases of dengue fever are recorded in Brazil every year; now a British company has set up a mosquito factory just outside São Paulo where it is building genetically-modified insects to combat the disease.
