For better and for worse: the new audioBoom App

It has been a long time coming, the transition from the AudioBoo of old to the audioBoom of new. Many have commented in recent hours on the launch of the new audioBoom App and I am going to have my pennies worth too.

Overrall I feel that audioBoom now has an app that it can be proud of. The listening experience is impressive and the accessibility features maintains it as one of the most usable mainstream apps for visually impaired people. It hasn't been introduced without hiccups however, and I am personally being plagued by the inability to upload any of my previous draft posts. It will also be interesting to see how the place of the amateur audio producer alongside professional producers on this platform changes over time.
