They've got sunshine-yellow skin, a deep orange pulp and are known for their rich sweet flavour and smooth texture. But for several months, European consumers haven't been able to get their hands on Alphonso mangoes. They were banned by the European Union in the middle of last year after large numbers of fruit flies were found in consignments. But that ban has now been lifted - after the Indian authorities introduced new checks on mango exports.

So what impact has the ban had on mango growers in India? We hear from the BBC's Sameer Hashmi in Mumbai. #business #India
