In 1972 we moved to Vienna in flat with only one room and a kitchen. We were 11 people. The flat was in the 9th district in the Mosergasse. My mother had a job in the Wipplingerstrasse. Then we moved to the Schultergasse. But, things only got better in the Ullmanngasse; I had already left school. My brothers and sisters had an education. Some even a trade. Some not. The one-room flat in the 9th district was furnished with rows of bunk beds.
