Peter Seely is the CEO of Trader Vic's worldwide. His grandfather Victor “Vic" Bergeron founded the restaurant chain in San Francisco in 1937, but when he retired he refused to hand over the reigns to Peter. He had to work 15 years with other restaurants to earn his granddad´s trust and when he did he continued the global expansion successfully.
