The former London Mayor who sits on Labour's NEC tells Iain Dale that it is not fit for purpose and cannot remember Harriet Yeo, who has just announced she is voting UKIP, or the current Chair Jim Kennedy. He went on to say that he thought Labour's NEC wasn't fit for purpose.
