A new report from the Peace River Regional District warns that community halls are falling into disuse and disrepair, and the cost of keeping them going could be over a million dollars. Aaron Krafcyzk is president of the Montney Community Association. He says while longer commutes and digital culture is contributing to the decline of halls, he also blames government regulation.
