Coventry's Kim Copeland shares her horror at being fined £500 for dropping a fag butt.

Kim told Shane O'Connor, Council enforcement officers 'screeched to a halt' in the Canley Car Park and started shouting at her - saying she was committing a criminal offence.

She was give a £50 on the spot fine, in protest, she didn't pay it. She was then unable to attend a court hearing in Nuneaton as she's a full-time carer for her autistic son. She's being told she faces arrest if she doesn't cough up £500.
