Fresh controversy over the flying of flags - this time in South Belfast. Sinn Fein have criticised the Police over their attitude to loyalist flags on the Ormeau road. But is it a matter for police? The PSNI Commander for Belfast, Chief Superintendent Nigel Grimshaw, told Good Morning Ulster this morning that clearer legislation was needed.
