Prof Peter Mittler: dementia as a disability

Prof Peter Mittler has been at the forefront of campaigning against discrimination for people with disabilities. He contributed to the design of the United Nations Convention on Rights of People with Disabilities. Here Mittler argues that it is not the lack of instruments, but the lack of implementation of them, that is holding back progress now in world policy.
