Delayed Lisburn facelift leaves traders up in arms

Two years ago, a five million pounds facelift began in Lisburn City Council. Traders in the city centre were told the Public Realm Scheme would bring a redesigned Market Square, integrated water features and bespoke lighting columns as well as natural stone treatments on footways, tree planting and new street furniture. It was scheduled to finish three months ago but work is still going on... And business owners say they're unhappy, claiming they've lost business, had to lay off staff and dodge unfinished work outside their front doors. Our reporter, Nicola Weir, went to find out more.
