Legal Battle Over Happy Birthday Song's Copyright

The song Happy Birthday is at the centre of a legal row over who owns the publishing rights. Plaintiffs in the US want it to be declared part of the public domain which would cost the present owner, Warner Music, millions of dollars if it loses. We hear from a lawyer for the plaintiffs.
