Stoke-on-Trent Hardship Commission report their first recommendations on city poverty

A report by Stoke-on-Trent's independent Hardship Commission says there is no over-arching strategy to tackle issues of poverty, despite the city being in 16th most deprived area in the country. I spoke to the commission's chairman, Danny Flynn, CEO of North Staffs YMCA.
