United Sudan African Party USAP member declares defecting to the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement, SPLM.
Dr. Wani Ladu, a University Lecturer at John Garang Memorial University cites lack of care to new members of USAP as his disappointment with the party.
Ladu says he decided to rejoin the SPLM party to seek services for his community. Radio Bakhita was unable to reach the leadership of USAP for comment. #SouthSudan #USAP #SPLM #RadioBakhita
